The overhead rail platform that carries a hoist and trolley across a full bay in both X and Y directions — the backbone behind our jib and EOT crane installations.
The system runs on a run rail and bridge rail pair, connected by a hanger kit to the building structure or a floor-mounted frame. A trolley assembly rides the bridge rail (X-axis) while the bridge itself travels the run rail (Y-axis), carrying the hoist to any point in the bay. An air line kit and safety cable keep the pendant and hoist power supply moving with the trolley.
